EDIT: Review changed as far as I can the latest AMD optional driver fixed my issue. Hopefully I don't experience anymore major issues as the game is fun.

As much I was enjoying the game I cannot in good faith recommend it.
I could look past a few crashes and classic Bethesda style bugs of stuttering.
Got myself some upgrades that made them not matter so much.

BUT THIS GAME HAS
The worst driver related issues I've ever experienced in a video-game.
I do not know if this is the fault of AMD or Virtuos here.

Seizure Inducing flashing blue lights at night time.

The only fix to this day, nearing 4 months since release, to roll back your drivers to months ago and to turn off auto updates.

Once fixed I can see myself changing this review.

I have 100% Chieve's in this and I would kill for Smushi.

Let me break it down for you rq

The game isn't bad, I'd say it's decent, but it just doesn't feel like an Overwhelmingly positive game to me, it feels a bit rough around the edges and lacking polish, with clunky platforming, weightless attacks and bullet sponge enemies, the game is at it's best when it breaks it's formula for Pedro wackiness but these moments are too few. A lot of the levels sections get old quickly too and I've experienced strange bugs like 20 unshootable mines sticking to my body making it almost impossible to move and 1 minute long explosion effects covering the entire screen. To put simply, the game is a kind of fun experience and simple but cool story, but feels like it could have been so much more, should have been much more fast paced and action heavy, hotline miami-like. I'd say pick it up cheap speed through the game and play it for the Banana.

It's a really great DLC and one that I unfortunately didn't know existed that is definitely worth playing if you're a fan of other titles and DLC in the franchise

My girlfriend dumped me while I was playing this game and I was having so much fun I could not care the least

This game is just amazing and so are all of it's dlcs
