Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the game, hence the 3k+ hours. But I also think it has many flaws, especially for newer players - Why's that? Well...
First of all, the matchmaking is gonna screw you up when you're new, you're gonna get paired up with decent/good killers after you've escaped a once or twice. Second of all, all the different perks and killers might overwhelm someone who's completely new to DbD - There's just a lot to deal with, especially all the different killer mechanics. Also most survivor perks aren't optimal for solo Q - So you, as a new player, are gonna be confused what the different highlights mean.

Aaaaanyways, I still enjoy this s### show nonetheless. It can be very frustrating as a survivor in solo Q, but I guess I'm just a masochist after all, eh?

I do recommend this game, especially when you're a masochist - or a sadist, too. Let those survivor bleed out, YEAH!
