145 Hours played
4.25/5 STARS

Now this was the last game I have ever pre-ordered (and ever will). It was a complete mess at launch [CD Project Red you dissapoint me :( ]. I tried playing it for about 10-15 hours before giving up due to all the issues that I am sure you all are aware of. Did not pick it up again until 2022, when I updated my graphics card (3080TI now) and the developers fixed a lot of the issues. Now, the game has been great! Runs really well. Honestly almost all of those launch issues are gone.

Story: Pretty good, interesting world. It for sure feels like a rich cyberpunk universe. The map is large and has many unique areas. I spent countless hours just sneaking around exploring restricted areas. The one issue that they have yet to fix is the game is missing that last bit of PAZAZ. The story feels like there are parts missing. For example, it feels like they cut out a bit of story content from the beginning with Jackie. Instead of a cut scene there should be missions with him. How are we suppose to feel any sympathy or connection with characters if there is no content for us to develop a relationship with??? Anyways. This lack of PAZAZ is what primarly makes this lose .75 stars. Something just feels missing throughout the story.

Gameplay: FUN FUN FUN. There are many ways to play this game (eg, swords, guns, snipers, silencers, neckbreaking, gorilla arm punchies). I really enjoyed playing this game because damn they did a good job integrating the weapons and cyberware. Would recommend this game just based off the gameplay.

Graphics: honestly who cares about realism or graphics. It's really style that sticks out. The cyberpunk aesthetic is captured very well in this game.

Hey, I'm banned from the DBD discussions, but I saw someone else with the issue and they said their fix to the slow walk speed thing was to go to %localappdata% (just type that in the search bar at the bottom left), go to DeadByDaylight > Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor, then delete everything inside. Verify the game cache, and then start the game. See if that helps you out.
