You friend Starwalker seems to have had his account compromised. I went on ahead and reported it to steam. People steal accounts and then try to phish others with that account by randomly sending out friend requests. I would not click any link sent to him or by him unless you can verbally confirm he has access to his account through a 3rd party means.
