This game might be good further on, but I couldn't get myself to go past the first-ish boss.
There is a LOT of visual novel-style dialogue, so if reading isn't something you want to do, bare in mind.
Most items you pick up also have a fairly long description so again, unless your'e into reading, you'll skip the description and have no idea what it does, if it does anything.

Overall I'd say the game is pretty good, just the vast amount of text threw me off.

While I can see this being revolutionary back in 2007, the game clearly doesn't hold up in today's standards.
The enemies are somehow always present, even after completing an area enemies just keep randomly showing up.
The hacking mini-game is fun if doing it once in a while, however in my opinion many of the fights RELY on hacking either turrets cameras or security bots.
speaking of security bots, whenever you accidentally trigger a security alert, the amount of bots flooding you is ridiculous, and I found myself always hiding and waiting for the timer to finish.
Gunplay is mostly mediocre and ammo seemed very hard to find. perhaps there was more ammo lying around, but with the game being so dark it's almost impossible to find.
Story is fine, but the bad gameplay, along with terrible sound mixing which made listening to dialogue impossible, almost completely overshadowed it.
Not bringing graphics into considerations, there is only so much you can do when remastering a game 10 years later.

This is a game I genuinely wish I had played when it was still new and up to par with the standards of that time.

You finally finish the game after 20 hours of gameplay on very hard, and then they tell you there's a harder very hard.

I love this game and I played for a long time on another platform but for the love of god please PLEASE the grid snapping I can't with the grid snapping. I try to dream with two cards but suddenly one of the cards jumps back to its original position and I dream with just money and now I lose my last health because the game decided to snap it back for no reason. please I just wanted 2 health please.

This is one of those time-killer games like One Finger Death Punch, just with a whole lot of beautiful numbers.
