It's catchy and it's like playing Starship Troopers mixed with a good dose of dwarven flavour, in space!
Lots of diverse mission type, some really entertaining, not too difficult but will get challenging on higher difficulties.
The endgame is a set of tri-step mission where you carry over your limited resources, also more progression means more cosmetics.
One of the best coop games around at the moment.

This is a game that embodies everything one might love about Ace Combat games, a true unofficial offspring of the saga, which does many, many things right.
The game itself only suffers from a not too wide Aircraft roster (I believe about 20 or so) but compliments with interesting optional mechanics during missions, example: In one mission you are told not to flight past a certain area but if you do so an enormous fleet awaits you that is going to tear you apart if you are not skilled enought.
It also has native VR support, i personally tried it on an Oculus Rift S and boy it's magnificent, wait until you fly through tunnels and skyscrapers.

-Absolutely recommended for any fan of Ace Combat and arcade flight sims
-Would probably not recommend for those who are looking for realism, try something like DCS instead.

Do you want to spend countless days planning your builds just to scrap them for the FOTM?
Do you want to farm endlessly every league to achieve a few cosmetic items?
Do you want to see the whole screen explode at the same time turning your FPS to single digits?
Do you want to be the cause for the developers lack of sleep by abusing new mechanics which they might have overlooked?
Do you want to spend irl money becouse your personal stash is not big enough for all the junk you drop?
Do you want to, may Phtra forgive me for uttering this word, play Melee?

If the answer to any of these question is yes, the game is free. Try it out.

I rate this game 6/10 as an RPG and 10/10 for purging Xenos filth.

In all seriousness, the gameplay is a bit repetitive and a little grindy, characters differ in minor measure by equipping class specific weapons (your source of Heresy purging skills) and unique armor variants.
You must also complete various achievements to unlock unique perks (passive skills) and even skill trees, the good part is that they carry on through new characters.

The best part of the game, however, is in the depth with which it depicts the 41st millenium. Apart from some dubious voice acting like for the Assassin inquisitor and the imperial guardsmen, there is a very good amount of lore and it catches the feeling of the setting quite well.

It's not exactly the ARPG i was expecting as a Warhammer40k game but it does satisfy my cravings of FOR THE EMPEROR and various forms of traitor scum clensing.

It's time to get thrown in the biggest mesh up of all sci-fi B movies ever made!
A 3rd person FPS so "pure" it screams fun from every direction! You will soon find yourself addicted to the action, story and camaraderie at every shout of the word EDF!
Lots of missions even with the base game to follow, an absurd number of weapons to choose from and 4 unique classes to play.
It will also feature a progression system where higher missions on higher difficulties will unlock new and deadlier equipment, each whit it's own randomised stats requiring a good deal of luck and time to unlock their full potential.

I have always been curious about this game ages ago and was very surprised to find it on steam, so much that i bought it on impulse but have not regretted it ever since.

If you don't mind a bit of retro graphics and cheese dialogues, sign up with the EDF and help save the planet from the alien invasion!

Ace Combat 7 is a good game with an amazing soundtrack, good gameplay and gorgeous graphics, it however lacks the polish seen in some of the previous titles, as suggested by some quotes from the interviews of the creators a couple of months before the official release. It has a decent airplane selection, with more coming in the future, a good variety of missions and some new mechanics that do enhance the experience a little bit, it however suffers from a terribly linear storyline (no bonus levels or branched missions) and a bit of a dull multiplayer experience with a very limited number of modes and no coop.
If you want a simulating game this is not the game for you, however, if you like Ace Combat games or just want some fighter jet porn than this will certainly hit the right spots.

Monster Hunter world is a game where (as you might have guessed) you hunt big monsters.
There are no levels in the game and the progression and "class" you choose are based on the equipment you are using, which might sound like a shortcoming, but there's 14 weapons to choose from and all play quite differently.
The game doesn't hold your hand like most modern ones and will see you transition, specially at the start with limited equipment, from easy fights, to challenging ones, it will also become necessary along the way to know how to use the enviroment and your items to make your fights a bit easier, not an overly complex system but not simple aswell.
Graphics are quite impressive and even more so with how much detail every area has been created it's good to sometimes just stop and have a look around.
When you are playing alone or 2 players max you will also be accompanied by a companion cat-like creature named a Palico, they can be quite useful!
The endgame is all about fighting more powerful version of the game monsters, getting gems which give you skills when added to your items, maxxing out your equipment and setting the best time records for your monster hunting, it is a bit RNG in some bits but unless you are a completionist you won't have a problem.

All in all a solid game, can be played with a game pad or keyboard, requires a bit of skill but makes for some crazy fun sessions with friends even if it can still be enjoyed easily playing solo, Capcom is also releasing new updates with new monsters to fight, which is a big plus.

8/10 if you like the idea of hunting big monsters this is the game for you.

Having played since the release of the very first Shogun Total War there's some pros and cons about the Warhammer Total War titles, I will now list some taking notice that there have been some nice improvements on mechanics with the 2nd release.
Pros:
- Magnificent transposition of the Warhammer settings, units and Campaign map. You could even learn more than you already do about the lore!
- The, in my opinion, best charge mechanics to date where chavalry (and mosters) never felt so satisfying to see crush in an enemy's unit side or rear.
- Some new refined campaign mechanics, like the slaves mechanic for the Dark Elves and the Influence mechanic for the High Elves make each faction very different and unique
- Huge variety of animations for the outstanding number of different units in the game
- Magic, Flying units and Heroes give a whole you new tactical experience in real time battles
- Personalization options for your campaign (cities and heroes names).

Cons:
- Sieges are a joke. It's a battle against a single wall, easily exploitable, was designed to be "epic" but only feels tedious and repetitive after a few battles, aestethics are great tho but this is my biggest and heaviest issue with this game.
- Campaign AI cheats heavily in higher difficulties and will only build military structures in it's settlements and is not the brightest fellow
- Some various levels of cheese with magic and op units every now and then make multiplayer not always the best experience
- Diplomacy is in some way toned down, even tho it kinda aligns with what the Warhammer world is supposed to rappresent.

In conclusion, I would reccomend Total War Warhammer 1 and 2 to fans of fantasy settings battles, especialy warhammer fans, but i would not reccomend this for seasoned Total War fans unless you are looking for a new and unique campaign map with very different mechanics for each factions. If you are only looking forward to battles only then be aware that sieges will disappoint you.

Tomb Kings is the best DLC for the amount of content it brings to the game.

Do not be swindled by the trailers for this game which are NOT rapresentative of the product. You will not see densily populated wildlife, you will not see forests, you will not find desert worlds, you will not see space battles, you will not join factions, you will not find aliens outside of stations and you will not be able to fly on planets at your leisure as you will be limited in the way you fly your ship.

As of today the game has not improved at all in regards to the gameplay, the pleasure of the experience at the start will soon fade away after your first 2 hours of play as you will realize that the only things this game offers are just a bunch of collectible to gather and endless resource mining.

For the price and the way this game was advertized i cannot call it anything else than a fraud.
I highly discourage anyone to buy this game at this moment, and for that matter even any other game from the same producer in the future.

The only good point is the Soundtrack, i hope the composer finds more chances to express his talent on other games.
