No Man's Sky offers a refreshing, content-rich, and immersive experience. It's easy to get lost in the game and sidetrack from the main story line missions offered by the game. The beginning of the game allows the players to progress and develop the intuition without being overwhelming, and mind the fact that this game can be overwhelming as you progress through the story and explore more. It fulfills its duty as a space exploration and as open world survival, going above and beyond with unique world generation that differs in every star system, with the ability to live and base essentially on any planet or moon.

This game is well refined and bug free for the most part. The issues that have risen with the game have not inhibited my gameplay experience or caused some tragic loss to my items/base, and there is a peace of mind knowing that this game remains supported by Hello Games and actively updated on a reasonable basis.

I have played using both VR and non-VR. My experience on VR has been immersive and almost complete. I have lost myself for multiple hours at a time being able to experience the universe No Man's Sky has to offer with my own two hands. Flying my starship in this game using VR has been very enjoyable with adequate flight controls. Typical tasks like mining and building also remain enjoyable experiences with the ability to control my multi-tool and use both hands freely thanks to VR. It performs reasonably well too. Note, keep anti-aliasing off however if you plan to use VR for performance reasons. Also, if you're having trouble swimming, switch your movement control direction. Overall, I can recommend this game to VR users.

As for non-VR, I'd say the experience is just as good as on VR, if not better. The graphics in this game are beautiful and the experience is still maintained with plenty of great game mechanics and intuitive controls. It's not a very intensive game to run, so you can expect to get high fps on high/ultra graphics settings.

The music being generated randomly too is great, very pleasant to listen to when exploring. Money making is diverse and there are plenty of paths a player can take spanning from selling resources to bounty hunting to raiding freighters to more than I can cover. Starships and freighters are customizable with plenty of different models.

The game is multiplayer. Parties are up to 4 players, and up to 32 players can be in the same star system. You can join another player's system by joining their lobby. You can also warp to your friend's bases.

All in all, I can recommend this game to anyone with an interest in space exploration, survival, and sandbox.

Early Access Review
When you're poor and you go to that back alley cuz the white dude in the hoodie said he'd sell you DayZ for 5 bucks. This is the game you get in the deal.

It's pretty fun though. I only like playing workshop maps though.

Step 1 : Find Food and clothing
Step 2 : Find a melee weapon
Step 3 : Make a small house and never expand because you really don't need a lot of space, just 50 crates lying everywhere.
Step 4 : Find a gun
Step 5 : Die
Step 6 : Get your loot from your dead body
Step 7 : Get ammo
Step 8 : Repeat Step 7
Step 9 : Get rarer loot
Step 10 : Repeat Step 8

10/10

I love the mobile game and was so happy to see it on steam. But when I saw the 2.49 euros it became a lost cause to make. USE ADS INSTEAD!!!!!!

I get so engaged in the game it's ridiculous. If you're looking for a game about adventure, building, if you're into it, mining, magic and more, I recommend buying this game. Not Minecraft.
