No matter how good you are at fighting games or games in general, if you're looking for an incredible 2D fighter to either be the best at or just a game to kill some time with your mates, this is the game for you.

This was my first fighting game experience and I had no intention of being any good at it but even at the lowest level of skill I was having a blast, so much so I wanted to put myself through the many hours of training mode to be push myself even further. That experience in itself is extremely fulfilling in any fighting game however not many are as accessible as this one. If fighting games frighten you like they terrified me, this is where you should start.

This game constantly rewards how well you do with flashy visuals and satisfying sounds and there's always something more to learn and experiment with. Fighting games can change your life and this is the one that changed mine!

I'd also recommend Guilty Gear Strive if you're looking for a similar level of accessibility but with a better netcode~

I tried immersing myself in the story and struggled an incredible amount to fall in love with the characters involved. I haven't seen a game with so much potential, yet so little execution. I'm very concerned with the fate of our gaming industries when you have such perfect ideas, an incredible premise and you just waste it.

TLDR: This game is the best thing on the market right now, you can't use that space on your hard drive any better than The Plan 10/10

If Far Cry 5 did anything, it was stand out from the others. Let's start off with the game-play. Fundamentally it hasn't changed much from other installments. Most of the things I find different about the game-play more stems from the weapon choice. You have access to multiple different melee weapons that all act the same. You can throw them or more traditionally run up to the enemy and bop em'. There are some other wacky weapon choices available but they aren't going to intrude on your more serious approach to the story if that's what you choose. The tone of the game is really hard to get a hold of, one minute you are escaping a facility after being captured and almost tortured by a psychopathic cult leader. The next you are running around after bulls testicles because YEE HAW I suppose. Luckily, for the most part the side missions will be crazy while the main story line takes a more serious tone so they are avoidable. But overall I ended up liking this strange tone, it isn't consistent and that can ruin it for a lot of people but I still find myself enjoying it. I highly recommend playing this game with a friend, I don't think I would've been invested in the experience as much as I was if I were to play on my own.

On the surface it appears to just be a game trying to be like the cool kids of it's time. Another modern day shooter with no real story or substance. But don't let it deceive you, Spec Ops The Line has a brilliant story with a dark descent into madness with many complicated themes and moral/immoral choices. For the most part the advertising only shows it's game-play which really doesn't capture the tone for the game. Although in many interviews the developers state it's a darker and more narrative driven game. But if you are going to buy a game, a lot of consumers, including myself will simply pass this off as another mindless shooter. I absolutely adore this game and with age and multiple play throughs, it only gets better. I am still discovering many subtle hints and foreshadowing. I highly recommend this game to anyone looking for a fantastic story.

Has a fantastic base game that's only made better with the full support of mods. An overall improvement from the first one in my opinion, although the first still holds up today.

Everyone is having an attempt at what makes this game so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good, so I thought I would give my opinion on what makes this the best Battlefield and why we need another like this.

A lot with why this was so good is the story. the characters are brilliant, they're charming and a great set of squad mates. In terms of gameplay it was more of an arcade shooter making it easier to get a grasp on how to play.

The maps were fantastic with destruction like no other Battlefields accomplished, besides of course battlefield 1 which took it to another level and a brilliant step in right direction to bringing Battlefield back to this status.

There are a lot of things that carried through the Battlefields after this game but things that did were mostly things you expect in battlefield, like good vehicles and a sense of complete insanity. One thing I did find with Bad Company 2 is the formentioned "insanity". In my opinion this wasn't as hectic and action packed as the newer ones are, the battlefield games onward have a much bigger full scale war complex to them, but that may be to hardware limitations and the capabilities we have now are much greater.

Campaign, story and characters like no other Battlefields, and in my opinion the thing that makes this game so special.Gameplay being fantastic, nothing ground breaking but it just feels right when you play even if you just start out. Its a 8/10 for me

My God, never have I ever felt this way about a story in a video game. Even Telltale games which are designed to make me feel the way I did couldn't pull this off. Mafia 2 is one of the best games I have played purely for the story alone.

Gunfights can be fun but you never seem to be able to master it making it rather bland.

The game has a fantastic way of mixing realism factors with Gameplay factors, it makes you feel like an actual human being and sometimes makes you feel flat out defensless in certain firefights.

The pacing of the story and the idea of going through two different generations is brilliant, giving you a sense of progress and achievement and considering this is a video game where nothing matters, this is amazing.

Customization in terms of cars isn't much, but its there and they have some nice options. In terms of your character customization, there's also not a lot but there's some nice variation in the different options.

This game is truly a masterpiece in almost every area this game covers. The story is the best part of this absoloute gem with characters that make you laugh, feel uncomfortable, and you actually feel like these characters are your friends. Gameplay is mediocre but satifying enough to keep you there and can be challenging from time to time. I highly reccomend this game to anyone just to explore the city and characters. This is a 10/10 for me.
