Oh boy that problem is common with the SS2 currently, cause I remember doing bug tests for that mod. Just try restarting your game the bug I encounter was worst since the whole cell will not load ,and you have missing houses, the ground will be gone for ever save you loaded up.

yeah the mod is still new with not much support for it yet customization options are pretty basic . I would use the mod myself but the Nanakochan characters will look too out of place, with other NPCs in vanilla game or quest mods that aren't effected by the Nanakochan mod.
