This morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see your message in my inbox. Although it's hard to show my appreciation in words alone, just know you've brightened my week. I'm deeply appreciate the game you sent me, so a warm thank you is the least I can do.
The game in question, Colt Canyon, looks fantastic. I've been fortunate enough to play a few other roguelikes that fly under most players' radar, usually in the sub-5K reviews range, and this appears to be no exception. Blazing Beaks was the last roguelike I played, and it is very underrated for the scope of attention received.
Retrific's attention to their craft is evident in CC's previews. Explosions and bullets are illuminated really well inside of pixel art's limitations, and the way blood sprays across the screen in firefights is awesome.
Once again, thank you very much for the gift. You're too kind. I can't wait to jump into a game.
Take care.
Kindest regards,
Georgian bank robber
