Although a little confusing of a story, simple game play, achievements are easy to get and also if you cant find the En ver. it should be in your game files in ENV folder

Great Game Worth the money
Customization/Integration with mods is seamless
8/10 Love it rn

edit:
game is pretty grindy and takes up your time
cannot recommend for a more casual audience
6/10 im just cant keep up tbh
