It has its faults, but its also a hecking huge amount of fun!

Bridge building game makes my brain go YES. That is all.

Honestly one of the most beautiful games I have ever played. The visuals, the sounds, the story telling and the game-play all make it such a joy to be in, and it will honestly always be one of my favourite games of all time.

TLDR; for those new to this type of game, just get Euro Truck Simulator 2. Same engine, more initial content, more DLC content, and almost always on sale. If you like it a lot, then head here :)

Very entertaining, and relaxing game, especially when combined with mods such as the limited but still enjoyable multiplayer mod.

Honestly, given that this hasn't had the same success as Euro Truck Simulator 2, I hope there comes a day where these two games merge in some way instead, to try and help Euro Truck Simulator players support its small player-base a little. Plus, having a cross-continental company, and cross continental jobs, or maybe in the future contracts, would be awesome.

Some of the issues I describe below seem to be getting addressed slowly. Its still far from what i want with what feels like far to many sync/lag issues, but I remain hopeful now that some attention has been given to this area of the game. Thanks Devs <3 I hope multiplayer remains an important focus of your future development of the game.

One of the best physics, make and do type games I have ever played. A lot of depth, and options available in the games mechanics that allow you to make so many unique creations.

My only major gripe with it as of late, is the lack of attention to the multiplayer, that is now barely playable, which is a shame because that is by far my favourite part of the game. Playing, building, and solving missions with friends. The player who is hosting is fine, but it has gotten to the point where any other player is in an absolute lag fest, with rubber banding, freezes, and other really unpleasant issues that spoil the fun. We have decent internet and PC's, single player runs a dream, but any kind of co-op on missions is pretty much impossible at this point.

Fingers crossed things regarding multiplayer get fixed sooner rather than later.

I really do not know what happened during the development of this game, but the end result dictates it was something pretty disasterous. unfortunate since most other games by this dev are fantastic.

Fun, but beware of constant changes and regular enjoyment-breaking bugs that although get fixed promptly are allowed to occur due to the devs constantly being nagged to put out new content instead of being able to make the game fun and stable.

EDIT: when I say enjoyment-breaking, I do not mean unplayable, but I do mean much less fun due to all the physics problems and changes changing the validity of your bot design. luckily this all occurs on quite a rare basis, just more frequent than most other games...

very fun, well thought out game. Distinct lack of "upgrades" as all the variable parts of your car are cosmetic, which is fair, but they could have made it so that each upgrade impacted other aspects negatively so each car was still equal, just in variable areas of its capability. DLC became available a lot sooner than I would have liked, but the devs also released a free map to the original users so they havent forgotten where their values are in the people who paid to fund their next releases.

Do not get me wrong, this game is fun, insightful, moderately realistic with a rather interesting storyline, but due to a bug on the "NAIX" part of the game, your only choice is to skip forward if it occurs, and after doing so, it leaves you right near the end of the game missing out a huge chunk of game play. Until it is fixed, I do not want to play it, simply because it would ruin the game. I hope the devs will be prompt with a fix patch for this. The bug I experienced does not apply to all players and appears to be quite sporadic in terms of the players its effects.

EDIT: Changed to a recommendation. As much as I hate the fact that the bug is there, the good parts of the game seem to outweigh it, but do take note that the bug I described is not as of yet fixed.
