I stopped playing RS many many years ago. I gave oldschool runescape a go but struggled to get back into it. I decided to start a fresh char and retire my old RS account on a fresh steam account (It was nothing impressive). But I am really starting to enjoy the game again. I see negative comments about micro transactions and stuff, but honestly these are easily ignored and never needed/forced down your throat. This is just a good time sink and I am mostly just farming xp while I am working on some other projects but its keeping me entertained!

Most of the negative reviews on this game are whats to be expected with an Alpha game. To be fair its what Id expect from a beta so all in all very good. Ive played alot of h1z1 and this game is by far the best.

Few pros and cons:

Pros:
- More weapon options in game
- Full customizable wepons in game, can change mags and grips and best of all SCOPES
- Maps are more "full" Lots of places to go and explore
- You choose where you land on the map. No random drops in the middle of nowhere
- YOU CAN DRIVE A BOAT
- People in the lobby are hillarious. You will here IM A SNAKE being shouted all the time.

Cons:
- Im not sure how servers are hosted but alot of lagging issues (I play squad alot with 3 other friends from around the country and when I have lagging issues they all experience this too)
- Few hackers. There is no spectate mode when you die (on solo play) so you cant see if people are hacking or not.
-You can litteraly walk in 2 rooms and get all your armor and 3 great wepons, or you could walking into 10 houses and just find a crow bar. Loot isnt always well balleced

Overall a great game. Got 31 hours played so far will update this review if anything changes.

Absolutly stunning game. Short but sweet will defo be playing more!
