I love this game. I've bought it so many times, on different consoles, for me and my friends. Such a satisfying gameplay loop. Enough variation in the weapons to make them all feel useful in their own ways. Varied monsters that will keep up with you no matter how deep you wish to dive into this game. Cute cats everywhere.

All the negative reviews are either outdated complaints that the team has already addressed and fixed, or haters from the old games that just compare it to ancient installments and don't see this gem for its own beauty. Not a game to casually play and hunt a few monsters, a game to dive into and see what the New World really has in store for you, hunter.

Incredible coop experience, if you have some friends to hunt with. End game, high power fights are my favorite experience in gaming in the past 5 years, at least, hands down. So many small details and, despite my close to thousand hours across all platforms and accounts, I'm still learning new things. Masterpiece.
