It is absurd how much of an addicting and engaging gameplay loop an indie dev team can achieve in under 200 megabytes.

It has a demo with hours worth of gameplay, trying out different combinations from just 4 of the 9 kings, and your level progress carries over to the full game.
I highly recommend trying it if you're even remotely interested, considering how fast the game downloads and starts up.

This could easily pass as a standalone Vampire Survivors spin-off game with the sheer amount of well-made content it contains.

Don't let the graphics fool you. The gameplay here is ridiculously detailed and in-depth. You can feel the passion that went into tinkering around with this game over the course of multiple years.

There are over 4,000 individual units and over 3,000 events. This game is loaded on content.

I know the 25th Anniversary update recently came out for HL1, but this still holds up in terms of all the changes it adds.

What if YOU were the bullet hell?

I've been watching videos of this game for months. Actually playing the game was a lot more fun than I expected.

An absolutely incredible example of Don't judge a game by its cover.

Time to breathe pure pollution smoke.

Rapidly intensifying hell of both you loading up on mass amounts of power-ups and enemies capable of killing you in a single hit. 10/10
