It's Picross. Free Picross. Hell yes.

Remember those awesome lightsaber duels you had in Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy? This is pretty much that but without force powers and a deeper combo system.

Get it on sale. While it's definitely worth playing through; it is short, experimental, enjoyable yet forgettable. The controls get a while to get used to, and the game has a slew of very well done puzzles, but it falls flat in the storytelling aspect by relying on generic tropes.

This game could definitely be used in an argument for 'games as art', but it does so in a very superficial way mostly due to the lack of an intriguing plot and developed characters. You'll enjoy it while it lasts and while the ending tries to be emotional, the game's reliance on fantasy archetypes sadly prevents the player from feeling any investment whatsoever.

It's a short (takes a little over 3 hours to finish story mode) spin-off in the Alan Wake universe, focussing on combat (and almost ditching proper storytelling altogether). Hard to recommend at its full price, but definitely enjoyable as it tweaks the combat mechanics. Makes you wonder though, if the true Alan Wake sequel will still be a horror game or just a third person action game like this, storywise.

It's AoE2. Y'know. That game you grew up with, letting you impress your teacher s with your impeccable knowledge of history. Everything's been upscaled and a few minor adjustments have been made. Other than that... It's AoE2. In HD.

Pretty damn good game. Excellent level design lets you play through the missions in very different ways, yet each path is very satisfying, whether (or how) you kill every guard, or if you go for a pure stealth run. Consider it a must buy if it's on sale!

Sometimes wonky delivery due to meh animating but the story, atmosphere and pacing are friggin' amazing. This is what Silent Hill has been trying (and failing) to be for the past few years.

Pokes fun at traditional jRPG's despite being one itself, but does a damn good job at it. I can definitely recommend it though at first controls can be quite confusing for such a fast-paced game, especially when you use a gamepad (it still shows PC bindings)

Short, SHORT game. Just 8 puzzles total or something. And half of them make no sense whatsoever. Only consider getting it when it has a ridiculous price reduction because it still has a neat artistic style to it but that's all there is to say about it, really.
