Don't trust them again

Got GOTY edition for 20 bucks in 2014. Loved it. Consistently been disappointed by every single thing Gearbox did with the franchise after (and what they did to RoR2, plus some other things). Don't trust them again. Get this when it's on sale sometime, it's good fun.

Completely missed the mark, don't trust Gearbox to know what fans of the first two games want ever again

There's an incredible depth to the world of Qud. The graphics may be simple, but don't let that fool you into thinking this game isn't pretty. Those visuals, the unique soundtrack, the mechanical depth, and the poetic writing of both its dialogue and lore, make this one of the most interesting worlds I've ever seen in a game.

This soundtrack makes the world of Qud *so* much more vivid and atmospheric, it's hard to put into words. The weight of a long and tragic history, a history that feels living and real, is right there for anyone who listens. Haunting and jaw-dropping moments in certain tracks. So evocative that I'm right there when I put my headphones on and close my eyes. 10/10

Amazing from start to finish, not to mention the incredible amount of side content and the detail put into it, and the size of the maps
