Connection problems present since the games release remain unsolved.
Dev team refers you to a google doc with unsatisfactory solutions to the networking problems.
Dev team advices port forwarding, disabling firewalls and antivirus software, I've seen 0 players having their problems resolved this way.
So very unfortunate.
