extremely intuitive and engaging gameplay

i liked it but too hard and i am bad at it and i hate rage baby games

unironically a p2w ww2 game. i like it despite that, but do not recommend. there was a premium tank we played against that withstood 2 c4s and 2 explosive packs (for reference, most tanks die to 1 c4) so yeah it's really dumb

edit: so despite what the dev says, the br system doesn't really work? it's a novel system, dont get me wrong -- being able to experiment with all of world war ii's weapons as technology improves is cool, but it's still p2w. or freemium if you wanna call it that. a little troubling that they think it's a bandage fix but whatever. it's still a fun game, just poorly balanced, and so long as it remains freemium (weapons locked behind premium currency, battlepasses, etc), its gonna remain poorly balanced

edit 2: i should remind that i do like this game btw it has really cool concepts of crafting a squad, even if the ai is particularly braindead. i still can't say i recommend it purely based on like, is it worth your time getting into? not really. there are better ww2 games. do you want this particular experience of 1 shot kills, glass tanks, and 90% pve? this would be your game. just don't expect it to be particularly fair or balanced.

nice mix of darkest dungeon and slay the spire, continue run doesn't seem to work which is dumb, some of the cards are objectively bad compared to others. overall a fun game with good build variety

so I am gonna keep this in my library for future updates and I do think this has a lot of potential but right now it's not worth playing. if you want to invest in the future of the game, you can, but this game is too unfinished right now. I'm hopeful for its future.

Having 100%'d the base game I can say that I definitely really enjoyed this game alot and though its not nearly as innovative as Dying Light 1, it's really good.

lots of fun

I enjoyed it but not enough to maintain more than one playthrough. CHAOS mode (post-campaign) is a slog. Game isn't the best balanced. Very good visuals and I enjoyed the gameplay a lot.

lots of fun, even for casual gamers who don't know the first thing about a shooter. ages very well. sorta short game but the challenges help extend the length.
