So far so good for an Early Access.

Gave up Tarkov 2+ years ago for various reasons and am excited to see this game stepping up.

All on Low settings for the moment, and no complaints. There is some stuttering and slight rubber bands here and there but nothing that "caused me to die" As expected for an EA, and its great to see the devs streaming on the store page, addressing players and the problems some are facing.

Did about 5 runs. 2 on EU servers and 3 solo on NA East(my local server). Little jank loading in with a squad but it does work. just gotta restart queue a few times. Would love to see some more indicators for squadmates. The blue squares to show faction is a great start. In the starting areas it works but as we all grow and venture out, there will be some growing pains. Now we graduate from not only TKs but FKs (Faction Kills). Excited to see that brought into the gameplay!(One of my gripes with Tarkov, why have factions if the mean absolutely NOTHING XD)

Got FK'd once. Dude looted me and ran to extract (not cool Meatbag). Other runs the starting area feels complete and just the right amount of chaotic. Enemy spawns are a little funky. had a group appear in front of me and gun me down but is one of the problems in an online always shooter.

As of right now my feedback would be:
-Add squad signals (armband, helmet/head band, Beacon on chest blinks faction color (green for squad))
-Obviously optimization (but they know that)
-Allow squadmates to see Map Pings
-cancel animation button
-Make things a little more fluid. some movement feels clunky. side step when not ADS slows toooo much. Id get if it was just when ADS.

Will add more as game progresses. So far is a decent start. Would recommend to those who have done some research. I was on the fence real bad. After a few hours of watching streams I could tell id enjoy it, and I am!

Cozy = Wait times like a mobile game.

Only thing to do is go out and collect things and sell them. Chop 200 trees, make 100 planks to build a house...6 hr timer to wait for it to be built.

Decent idea for a game but very niche with how long everything takes. Im not a grinder. I enjoy progression and constantly growing. But hitting a goal and then getting smacked with a 6 hr wait is a slap in the face. And finishing the house is a quest so soft locked for 6 hrs on progression is a no go after 7 hrs put in.

Update: Game breaking bug. Whenever i speak to Hessian (hunter dude) when exiting his store or conversation. You become stuck in place, no keys work except Alt+F4. Happened 5 times in a row while trying to see if the 6 hour wait for the house was worth it.... I guess we'll never know

Scammed by Ultimate Edition:

15% price increase from CS1 with the exact same amount of songs. There are mods that add hundreds of songs for the low low price of..... FREE! plenty of tutorials too if you need help on youtube. DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY'S DISGUSTING TACTICS!

Imagine pushing out an overpriced DLC for an unfinished game with no community to support it. Ladies and Gentleman, i present corporate (self-deletion)

Popcorn at the ready for the downfall of this ignorant company. Oh and today is the last day of Q1 so this was pushed (the same as the base "game") to keep stockholders happy and keep off any lawsuits from Ultimate ed owners as a 2nd advertised deadline almost came and went.

Any one that pays $10 for this BS is part of the problem and should have a mental evaluation.

I pulled a pro gamer move and got Gamepass off a bag of Doritos.

Played for a few days and really fell in love with the game. I knew i wanted to get into modding and saw Starfield on sale. After my time with it on gamepass i decided it was worth the buy.

Threw about 10 QoL mods in and im still loving it. About to pass into NG+ and keep the party rocking.

I can definately see how the vanilla experience can get bland but as a collector and Bethesda RPG Native i love spending hours full clearing buildings and searching nooks and crannies for easter eggs, secret stashes and now contraband. I know it had a rocky start and after FO76 im never pre ordering again.

Overall Happy to be back in a Bethesda SINGLE PLAYER RPG

UPDATE - Fraud? Scam? Purchased Ultimate, my library says i own the DLC that doesn't exist. No updates on the release of them. No apology or timeline given. Many of us had good faith in the beginning and played over the 2 hr limit. And now months later we still have nothing to show for shelling out 90 bucks for nothing. I think the community needs to band together on this one. At least refund the difference between base game and ultimate. They pushed an unfinished product and should be getting the Day Before treatment

Update #2 - decided hey, steam wont stand up for the consumers to offer refunds, and content creators started pumping out more videos. Im bored lets try again. Well ladies and gents, the game is STILL in shambles. I got a few hours into a new city. Economy is still very weird. But everyone is raving about the mods. So i tried the PDX mods in game. got a few and noticed my PC immediately being bogged down, Note: I am well over the requirements to run this game. But no worries. Had to restart to have the mods enabled. Well suprise, suprise! Now the game Crashes before even getting to the main menu! How am i supposed to debug which mod is the issue if i cant even get into the game. And why is PDX pushing mods that break their own game? This is why Mod managers should be SEPERATE from the game. Hmm idk maybe like steam workshop. But hey back to the uninstalled folder to sit in my librbary as a $100 icon. Thanks Paradox/Colossal Order!
