My letter to Little Caesars from Ipperwash, CA.

This particular Little Caesars location is wildly inconsistent with the pizza I always get. I order a large thin-crust cheese pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese always. I feel like I have a 25% chance of having a satisfying amount of sauce and cheese.

If I ask for a normal amount of sauce, there's so little in some areas of the pizza making it more akin to flat cheese bread than a pizza. Like, what is that? I love to eat cold pizza the next day, but that level of sauce makes it almost impossible to enjoy as leftovers the next day. It always tastes super dried out. The sauce helps keep the pizza "moist" enough to retain any water it loses in the fridge. Having none makes that impossible. But guess what? Even when I order extra sauce, I have a chance of that happening. But I also have a different extreme I have been dealing with.

More recently, I get about 3 pounds of sauce on my pizza which I have to use either a paper towel or a rolling pin to push/squeeze out the majority of the sauce. It's a disgusting and overwhelming taste to have that much sauce spill out into your mouth or the sides of the pizza. It makes a terrible mess. Even then, I prefer to get too much because I can remove the majority of it. But I may accidentally destroy part of the pizza attempting to get the overwhelming amount of sauce out. I'm sure that people make mistakes sometimes, and that's fine. Everyone's human, and I don't expect perfection. I don't blame anyone for it. I just want some consistency among everyone who works at this location. I want to be able to enjoy the pizza I grew up with.

Also, completely unrelated to the location I'm referring to, but the audio you hear when you're on hold gets very annoying, very quickly. It sounds like a marketing pitch from the 1990's.

But that's the main point. I've ordered pizza here for years since its nostalgic and hasn't changed the flavor for the most part. But it is almost impossible to be able to enjoy it, because they aren't consistent.
