EDIT: not anymore in CS2, from 250+ constant fps to 90 fps is really a joke. It's an esport game anyway, if you're gonna overhaul the graphics, at least still tweak it so that we can all play it with high fps. A game like The Finals looks very nice and still can be played so well on my pc, that's an example of a true Esports title.
