It's a nice simple game you can chill out and color with. great for podcasts or while watching something else that you just want to multi-task thru.

Did you like Castlevania? Specifically the DS games? Because this takes so much from them that it's impossible to talk about this game without mentioning it. It isn't bringing anything new. You get a map grid, explore it get upgrades, level up, absorb monster spells and enjoy a cheesy story that doesn't matter and its hard to tell if it takes itself seriously either.

The graphics are good, but highly dependent on your opinion so your mileage is gonna vary. The combat feels exactly like castlevania with great animations and fun monster variety. The game has a modest length that will last you at least a half-dozen hours if you feel like rushing, or a dozen or two if you want to take it slow and explore.

Exploring Greece is beautiful. The game is full of repetitive activities that might drive you insane or you might just enjoy wandering around killing anyone is your path. I liked it so maybe you will to.

I've said the Titan Quest was the best successor to Diablo 2. Well what would happen if the guys who made Titan Quest made a new game in the genre? You'd get the new best successor to Diablo 2!

So yea, if you like Diablo 2, you'll adore this game. If you can get past the visual style, which I can admit is a bit lacking, and very grim dark, but what do you expect with the name of it? Its got eldritch horror inspired visuals and if you aren't into that then it might hamper your enjoyment.

I still love this game. Although I burnt out after a couple hundred hours I couldn't ask for more from a game.

Acceptable first person action game. Absolute garbage Fallout game.
If you've never played Fallout before it's probably amazing. Alas I did. And so this feels like a hollow experience that is more concerned with giving you random exploring, and killing hordes of zombies/bugs/raiders than giving you a variety of roles to play as. Which is a shame.

I cannot recommend this game as a fan of the original games.

It's like a simple save the world story. Gather the party after ♥♥♥♥ goes bad. Explore the world. Kill baddies.
The visuals set a bar so high, unfortunately the rest of the game is very average. Combat depth is average for the genre.
Thankfully the game doesn't overstay its welcome and can be beaten fairly quickly without needing to grind too much.

If it's half off go for it. Otherwise I'd probably not.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, just buy it play it a couple times a day and accept that you'll put over 100 hours in this game before you know whats happened.

It's a deck building game that has sublimed the formula to perfection. Lots of good support from the devs shows they care about the balance of the game.

I like it. Its Hard. But its fair. Sometimes. Sometimes you just suck. Sometimes you get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ guns. Like the clobb, ♥♥♥♥ the clobb.
If you thought Binding of Isaac looked weird but would play it with guns then maybe try this?
I never really started to enjoy the game until I learned what would lead to victory.
1. Know the good guns worth using.
2. Know some reliable patterns to dodging enemies, or at least know which enemies to gun down before they can be a hassle.
3. Know the bosses.

I really like it. They're still updating it! Its worth it!

It's like spelunky. But not at all. But it really is. Its easier than spelunky but also harder. It's a game that probably will screw you more than it helps you. I like it. But I don't know if you will. Its fun killing little monsters, but not for extended periods of time.

The best Metroidvania game to emerge in a decade. Hands down. Beatiful game, controls perfectly, paced supremely well. Difficult but not unfairly so.

I cannot recommend it enough.
