Hilariously bad AI that will accept horrible deals. I guess its a bug? They will initially reject but when you click "how can we make this work" they often accept the exact same terms... Once had a country surrender all their cities but one to get a peace deal. 8 cities including their capital. I never fired a shot against them... Didn't have any soldiers near them... Same with any other resources or great work deals. Seriously broken.
