Overall, it's an alright game. I understand why they changed the premise of it from Nukalypse to Ground Zero, but something makes me wish they kept Nukalypse. Nukalypse was changed due to it being too close to CB but just with guns, but Nukalypse just had a special charm. To my knowledge, they discontinued the game even up to Ground Zero.

If you want a quick experience for free and for very low storage taken, you should get this game.

Mehhh... it's really not something worth $10 in my opinion. I understand having the price be $10 later in development, maybe when the game is more polished, but as of right now that is not the case.

The game is super unpolished, and needs much more work before getting anywhere close to a $10 price tag. Right now, it should be a free demo with how many bugs there are.

I look forward to the future of this game, as I foresee some good developments of it. But, as of right now: If you are wondering if you should purchase this game, don't. It's not worth the price with the state of the game.

I also understand this was made by one guy. I understand that it's probably a struggle to create a good game by yourself. All I am saying is I believe the price should at least be lowered for the time being until some more developments are made.

Overall, a really good game. No part of the game made me upset, I don't think there's any parts that could've been improved that much. To anyone interested in buying this game, I would DEFINITELY recommend it. I can't wait for the next thing Two Star Games makes. The one thing I think would've made it better was making the game longer. Most of the time I spent on this game (Out of around 5 hours) was forgetting to close it in the background, and since I made multiple videos on it I had to spend time with commentary.

MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD!

PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW MONTHS AFTER ORIGINALLY PLAYING THE GAME. (I PLAYED THE GAME ON A SCHOOL NIGHT THE TIME THE GAME CAME OUT. )

BATDR is something I truly want to love but is something that severely lacks in the main elements that make a game good. I love the story, and everything except for the gameplay and the mechanics. The animations aren’t horrible, and are at times even very good. Sometimes the pacing of the game is fairly uneven. I hate to say this, but the ending, although it was very cool, just wasn’t very on track with the rest of the horror. I love the idea of fighting a bunch of monsters as beast Bendy, but it was executed rather poorly in the game.
Overall, BATDR feels like a knockoff version of Bioshock. Most elements of the game are 1:1 with Bioshock.
The current state of the game has the quality of a DEMO. Mind you, we waited for this game for over a year!!

Dear developers, if you are reading this: I’m not trying to trash on your game, because I can see the amount of effort you all put into it. I hope you guys can look at my review and many other people’s reviews and use them as main points to figure out what you guys need to use your spare time on.
I’m sure the community would be pissed at the delays, but don’t feel pressured to release an unfinished game. If a game ain’t done, it ain’t worth publishing!

Rating: 4.3/10 game

Early Access Review
Phasmophobia is a very good game, and it will always be scary to me. Overall it has a genuinely scary atmosphere despite it's common visual glitches. The sound design is also spectacular, combining the quiet eerie ambience and general lack of noise can make even the smallest of sounds terrifying.

However I believe it could take some changes. First off, it would be nicer to have an expanded variety of maps, ghosts, evidence, and maybe different ways to die aside from choking to death. Also I think it'd be nice to see some more story in the game; so far it has only been "This person died and is now a ghost." Some indication of how they died would be cool to see, it wouldn't be too important, but maybe some sorta side-objective could be implemented with it. There should also be something to help players without microphones play the game, maybe a chat of some sort to communicate with their team and with the ghost. And finally, a versus mode would also be interesting, however it probably shouldn't have any rewards since those matches might probably be cheated in with friends. It should also probably be on a bigger scale of maps, so that the matches aren't just the ghost camping at the door and spamming hunts.

If you are looking for a great horror game that works with single-player and multiplayer, this is the game to get.

Man, I tried playing this again after a year or so hiatus. It's still not good, the campaign is not even meant for players to enjoy. On novice, the maps with drones are barely passable. I keep giving this game chances, and it has not been appealing during any of the times I've tried.

Excellent game, with amazing mod support and pretty cool destruction. I played the entire game over the course of maybe two days [Not back-to-back] (It took 11.3 hours) and I played every single side mission (I may or may not have also used mod weapons and tools but shh). I only skipped ONE side mission, and it was because it was just going around the entire little facility in under two minutes to get the 4 tool targets. (And this isn't the game's fault at all, I was just lazy.)

The campaign isn't too long, and so it doesn't have too much going for it. But it is still VERY fun to play. Without any spoilers, the ending mission is very puzzling and definitely very fun to play.

If you have $30 extra, or if the game goes on sale, I would definitely recommend buying it. Even if you aren't going to play the campaign, there's a limitless amount of extra weapons and maps and such to download and explore.
