Just felt like I should put that out there for anyone similar or looking for some less potentially bias input.

The combat is engaging and entertaining, the gameplay is skill based but with a heavy emphasis on player choice and tactics, (i.e; your powers, your tactics, your team.) and in combination can and will make or break a battle with a high degree of playstyles.

You can, in fact, be an offensive healer, or a defensive attacker, as examples, based on your abilities.

Customization is *very* strong with the game commonly rewarding very appealing cosmetics, allowing you to easily look like a cool charater in a variety of ways, or anything else you wish (looking at you, pink robed teddybear man.)

These are especially entertaining with a even loosely cordinated team, as sucessfully supporting your teammembers in combat or and dressing up together are both very satisfying to pull off.

At the same time, neither are required, the game is still plenty fun Solo/Pug, and you have the option to unlock and play as a high amount of charaters from the series, with their own outfits and abilities.

PVP is obviously the game's strongest suit, PVE is decent.


Some of the starting powers are lackluster in their roles, the hub area is a bit too slow and the early PVE missions can be a bit slow aswell up to around B so far, with exceptions.
