Early Access Review
Supervive is a good game, it's free to play and therefore I can recommend trying it out to anyone who likes Battle Royale genre. It's good looking and fast paced, has good character design. I'm leaving positive review because I like the game and want it to succeed.

However, there's currently one big complaint I have for the game - it's matchmaking. For the sake of faster queues devs decided to merge ranked and unranked lobbies together. That means either you queue ranked or unranked - you will end up in the same lobby. Only difference will be teammates you will get (if you queue ranked you also get teammates who queued ranked, and vise versa).

That makes unranked queue (which most new players are doing to learn the game) an absolute nightmare. You will end up with teammates who also new, learning, trying new hunter against full stacks of 4-man ranked teams on their mains whose will be trying their best to win the game and survive longer. When I was still new at the game I was losing every single game for 3 days straight without even understanding what is happening before I finally started winning at least sometimes.

Thing is, if you can survive this beating phase, game is actually starting to feel very good and rewarding to play, but many players just quit before they become decent because no one likes losing that much. Devs need to fix matchmaking, separate ranked and unranked lobbies and create this learning playground for new people, so more noobs will have decent chance in winning, won't feel that bad and will continue playing for a longer period of time, therefore solving queue problem.

Beware everyone who is planning to play on a keyboard: In this game crucial for ARPG games button to shoot without moving is bound on Left Shift, not on a Spacebar, and cannot be re-binded without external program usage. I have no idea why it is that way, but my pinkie finger started to hurt after 10 minutes of playing and I cba restarting my PC every time before and after the game to remap keyboard keys back and forth. Refunded, might buy game again and give it a try when it will be possible to change this button via options.

Just finished this game and decided to spend some time to write a review, since I enjoyed 1st LiS game so much, that I finished it 3 times already and this was my first time experiencing 2nd one.
If you compare this game to other story-telling games, its not bad. Beautiful views of nature, mostly chill experience, well done with both sound and graphics.
If you compare it to 1st part however, it greatly falls behind in terms of storytelling, psychology and meaning behind the choices. Story itself less rich, game doesn't give you that emotional feelings that I got each time playing 1st LiS game. When you choose your path, you can only guess what to expect, seems like game decide what personality your brother will have based on your small choices throughout the game. It does not have "retry choice" button, be careful with a missclicks. Sometimes story actually felt quite dumb, at least for me. Things that happened in game did not reflect decisions that I made, it just goes by its own way. I never felt like that in LiS 1.
Story and feelings in this kind of games is what I appreciate the most, therefore I cannot say that I liked it same way I loved 1st LiS.
If you never played series - play 1st game, and see if you actually like it, and if you absolutely LOVE it, like 10/10, then get this one, but don't expect much. If 1st part was kinda meh for you then do not bother with this. It will be worse.
