2 cups (flat tea) of flour
1 tablespoon margarine
1 and a half cups of milk
2 beaten eggs
3 spoons of yeast
½ spoon of salt q.s.
Sidul Fine Cake Sugar or Sidul Yellow Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Beat the eggs with 1 cup of flour. Add 1 cup of milk little by little. Then add another cup of flour with the remaining milk. Add the salt and yeast and finally the melted daisy.
2. Lightly grease the frying pan (non-stick) and add batter to your liking.
3. When it bubbles, turn the pancake over to brown on the other side.
4. Pour sugar and cinnamon over the pancakes and delight your whole family!
2 chávenas (de chá rasas) de farinha
1 colher de sopa de margarina
1 chávena e meia de leite
2 ovos batidos
3 colheres de fermento
½ colher de sal q.b.
Açúcar Fino para Bolos Sidul ou Açúcar Amarelo Sidul
INSTRUÇÕES:
1. Bata os ovos com 1 chávena de farinha. Adicione 1 chávena de leite aos poucos. De seguida junte a outra chávena de farinha com o restante leite. Junte o sal e o fermento e por fim a margarida derretida.
2. Unte ligeiramente a frigideira (antiaderente) e deite massa a seu gosto.
3. Quando fizer bolhas volte a panqueca para corar do outro lado.
4. Deite açúcar e canela por cima das panquecas e delicie toda a sua família!
