Para ser justos, tenés que tener un coeficiente intelectual muy elevado para entender a Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota. El contenido es extremadamente sutil, y sin una comprensión solida de teoría musical la mayoría de los arreglos pasan desapercibidos ante el fan típico. También está la perspectiva nihilista del Indio, la cual está hábilmente integrada dentro de su personalidad- su paleta sónica toma muchos elementos de la discografía de Killing Joke, por ejemplo. Los fans entienden esto; tienen la capacidad intelectual para verdaderamente apreciar la profundidad de estas canciones, para darse cuenta que no sólo son buenas- dicen algo profundo acerca de la VIDA.
