Update 9/1/2017

I will admit, this game is not like it used to be; of course that's obvious because of how much the game changes every Thursday when they release a new update that fixes/removes/adds content. Despite these constant changes, this game never fails to bring something exciting to your doorstep. Playing this game will make your heart pump more than running TheFitnessGram Pacer Test over and over again. It gives you a feeling like no other, when adrenaline is rushing through your body and the high of being in a life or death encounter with other players who want what you have.

It's intoxicating and extremely addictive and one of the few reasons I love this game so much, I honestly do. It is one of my favourite games and has helped me meet extremely amazing people who also share love for this particular Early Access game we know as Rust. I've been through most changes to this game and I'm a rather experienced player; I know the ins and outs, and I know how to PvP well enough that it makes it fun for me, and that's personally MY preference, this is game that is OPEN. You can explore whatever you want, whenever you want, and how you want, you can play to PvP or play to PvE, you can even fu cking play to roleplay, it does not matter because it is YOUR preference. This is game like no other game I've ever come across before, and due to how unique it is I am completely obsessed with it.

There are many players like me that love this game, and the devs that release weekly updates in HOPE to better the game, (I say hope, because usually they release something completely untested and hope the community responds positively, but usually it's pretty bad. Ex; aimcone, heavy armor, nerfs, muzzle brake buff, etc) truly do love this game. This community is pretty toxic in the way they treat their devs, believing them to be brain-dead and stubborn, but the truth is the devs do care, the devs we know as Maurino, Vincent, Andre, Taylor, Diogo, Alex, and Garry. They all are great devs when they listen to the feedback, and they usually do. It might take weeks, or months, but they will listen.

TL;DR

Rust is game that allows you to choose how you want to play, and has commited developers that release updates every Thursday, although stubborn developers that release untested changes, they are willing to amend their mistakes and listen to the community so long as the community is willing to complain to them non-stop.
