No pop up, just inventory notification! The cards that drop will only be a fraction of the total cards available, so the more cards available on that game, the more you will have drop (some games you only get 3, some you get 6 or 7)

When a card "drops", do I get a pop-up? Last week I played a bit of Torchlight 2 and had 3 cards in my inventory after 2 hours of playing (2 of the same card even as well) and nothing for the next 5 hrs.. what gives? ;P

I don't 100% understand it... but you gain levels from doing stuff like voting on greenlight games, participating in discussions etc! The cards you collect, and if you have a full set you make a badge which you can sell or use as like a medal for your profile (or just sell the cards like me!)
