The soundtrack is a little pitched up, compared to the game. Other than that it's great.

The game's idea is simple and very well executed. The gameplay loop is easy to learn and the art style is pleasant to the eyes. The music is really nice and I see myself jamming to it.

However each track is a Jojo reference so I give it a 0/17000

A solid yet slightly janky Dark Souls game, which I hope that will receive some polish soon, but it's still worth your time.

The Good
- Simple yet sweet and cartoonish graphics that are quite nice to look at. The level design is also very good.
- A big number of levels, which can become incredibly challenging. The solution of many of them can be very creative.
- A pretty nice OST that reminds me of old school games, quite cheap as well.

The Neutral
- If you're doing this game without hints, prepare to twist your brains: some of them require to think WAY out of the box and know specific mechanics.
- This game could use some mod compatibility for new levels and maybe new words, just a suggestion though.

The Bad
- Can't really think of anything.

Veredict: A solid A+. A must-have for puzzle lovers!

Graphics - 8/10
The enviroments and NPC portraits are neatly hand-designed. The player and enemy sprites are still quite cartoonish, but it's part of the charm. The particles and lighting effects also add to the game's beauty. The maps look beautiful and always so nice to explore.

Sound - 9/10
This game's OST is great. Not as memorable as the original, but still very good. Most of the sound effects come from the prequel.

Gameplay - 7/10
It feels very nice to control your character, as now your jump is far easier to control and is more fluent. However, difficulty here has been ramped to eleven. Immunity frames have been decreased, and they flat out don't work if you're pushed by an enemy into spikes. Puzzles are easier in the beginning but becomes far more complex later. (there's always a tip for them somewhere) As you progress, enemies also become more frequent and difficult, adapting into your own growth.

Conclusion - 8/10
A must have for La-Mulana fans. If you like a challenge, puzzles and platforming, go for it.

Celeste is a game about Madeline, a girl who is determined to climb the Celeste Mountain. Here are my thoughts of it:

- Tight controls
- Sweet, sweet soudntrack
- Very good looking visuals
- Fair difficulty curve
- Interesting characters you meet along the way (the dialog text's sounds are annoying though)

Also, do not underestimate the Side B. You will suffer.

9.5/10

Early Access Review
Despite being in Early Access, this game shows a lot of potential. The atmosphere is pretty dark and genuinely disturbing at certain points and the gameplay is satisfying.

Early Access Review
This game was a surprise to me. I saw it on Steam before it was released - there was no loud fanfarres, no trailers, not much information outside besides the Steam page. It caught my eye when I first saw it, and hooked me instantly when it was released. It's a gloriously brutal rogue-like metroidvania, you die again and again, discovering new areas, unlocking and upgrading weapons and skills, with a charming pixelized artstyle. It has a pretty unforgiving difficulty, but get easier as you keep trying, and as you unlock powerful weapons such as the Broad Sword, or useful equipament as fire bombs, turrets and even sawblades.

Despite being in early access, fresh new content is being added on a regular basis, with more equipament, enemies and even areas to explore and be eviscerated in.

Definitely a must have for anyone who enjoys the metroidvania genre, with heavy hints of rogue-like and even Dark Souls. Prepare to have your body desecrated.

Despite being clunky and apparently missing some sound effects here and there, this game has a lot of potential to be a great souls-like. The concept of the singularity altering the world as time passes is really interesting and I want to see more.
