Gameplay is that of a typical MMO. However the endgame is plagued by mechanics that do not value your time at all.

You get 900 tokens per day that allow you to run the main dungeon 3 times a day for a chance at loot. I am yet to receive any of those pieces as there is a reasonably large loot pool and it is unlikely to get any of the purple drops let alone yours.
If you don't hit it with your 3 daily attempts you just wait for the next day.

Loot distribution between dungeons is poor, As a tank there are two dungeons that offer me multiple drops that are of value to me but the queue is all tanks rarely DPS/Heal. Typically you get a tank queue'd as a DPS due to the queue times.

And if you don't get your endgame loot there is the auction house. Entirely premium currency. They restrict your attempts at pitiful drop rate dungeons then sell you the solution.
