1: only level 2 wizards can have a stattrack revolver.

2: level 2 or higher wizards have the ability to call themselves wizards.

3: Wizards MUST take on apprentice wizards on request.

4: increase your wizard level by one by doing more damage than a wizard of a higher level when you get your 12th round win.

5: once you are promoted to level 2 or higher, you must acquire a stattrack revolver before your next game.

6: All other guns are sacrilege.

7: If you are level 2 or higher, and award someone the rank of level 2 wizard, you become a level 3 wizard for promoting someone. (there is currently no level 4). You must sign their profile giving them the right to call themselves a level 2 wizard.
