Early Access Review
I have been playing since the early-ish demo and I have been enjoying it thoroughly and have been providing feedback and they have been very responsive to it.

While there are still some persistent bugs in it, that doesn't take away from my enjoyment and the gameplay is still fun to me. The Global Campaign is still difficult to master for me, because I suck at it, so maybe an in depth tutorial for beginners and people coming back to it would be nice (people like me need to have a refresher course, because my current game as Malaga is not going so well).

The Tactical Campaign so far is really fun, I love it - not much, if any change, is needed there.

Some refinement to the tactical controls in-game could help a little more because I am always wanting to push number keys to go to my weapons and I end up accidentally selecting squads and sending them to their deaths, so...but maybe it's just me needing to be more careful, so I don't think you necessarily have to change it.

For those who want to take screenshots and want to film cinematic "NPC" battles: End key is your friend!

Despite being in early access, I can definitely recommend this game for the price because I feel like it's playable despite some people saying it's not. Very confused on some people saying it's not playable, but I guess some of them are playing the Demo and not the full release? Correct me if I am wrong. Honestly I feel like this game offers what I am looking for in a modern warfare title. Mount and Blade meets a Modern Warfare setting. That's what I PERSONALLY want myself, so that's why it's worth it for me.

And if one ventures into the Discord and provides more feedback there, it is directly seen by moderators and Devs alike and they DO take notes and ARE working on bringing a polished title to the market. Please provide feedback in the Steam Discussion forums and in Discord - the Devs are listening to what you have to say!

For the entire time I've owned Parkitect, I don't think I've ever left my review for it! I have a lot of good things to say about it, like...very few bad things and in the several years that it's been out, I don't think I've tried the DLC that has come out for it (even though I've bought them) due to life circumstances which I won't go into. The fact it can also be modded and has so much customization to help you build the park of your dreams easily makes it better than...what Roller Coaster Tycoon turned into.

I enjoyed RCT3, but my nostalgia and childhood lies with RCT1 and 2, and that's the feelings Parkitect has brought me, plus a splash of something new with many quality of life improvements without taking away from that formula that made the old Chris Sawyer games instant classics. I'm not trying to view this with nostalgia glasses, but I can't help but feel those familiar emotions that brought me joy and wonder of building those first parks, going into massive debt, and drowning all of my custo...erm, providing quality refreshments. So, I say to the developers, thank you for making this game, the soundtrack, and the DLC, and I also thank the community for modding it and keeping it alive as well.

Like Men of War? Like Modern Warfare? Like Mods? I admit I am late to the party, only having gotten the game recently earlier this year, however it has been on my wishlist for quite a long time. I saw that the launch was a little rough and that it seemed little more than just Men of War: Assault Squad 2 but in a Modern era (which Red Rising mod did for AS2), but I know that some games have rocky starts and that doesn't seem like a very fair assessment, but I wanted to wait until the game got a little bit more fleshed out. The GEM Engine is actually quite a powerful engine for this sort of thing and can accomplish quite a few things that I don't think a lot of other RTS games can. That may also not be a fair statement, as different games do different things, but the different games on the various versions of the GEM Engine have been very adaptable as the years have gone by, and I look forward to getting Gates of Hell as well when I have additional disposable income.

I personally would recommend this. Workshop support. Some good mods for it. Powerful editor just like previous installments. Strong community for it (even though I keep to myself. I know, I'm a loner, you don't have to remind me.). You can have fun for a long time and make virtually any scenario to your heart's content. It's like playing with virtual army men, basically.

Base game is a blast, but with mods....woah, boy. I'm glad I got all the DLC when I did. I had Arma 3 since Alpha. Unfortunately, back then I had a not so great computer and....game kept locking up, but once I got a better computer, much better frames, and I spent more time in the editor than anything just screwing around. I would definitely get the game and the DLC's during sales if you're interested. Latest CSLA DLC has some problems, but the only way the developer is going to get better is if you show them support - they'll keep updating it, I'm sure. 10/10 with mods. 8/10 without. AI and performance problems, mainly like others report. I've been playing the series since the first game. I am looking forward to later installments.
