City builders usually have a problem of eventually reaching a critical mass where you're just adding new features for the sake of it, but Against the Storm solves this with it's random generation of blueprints and materials in each map. Very interesting gameplay, and one of the best roguelites I've ever played.

A game where I struggle to replay it because the pain of making the choices again is too much to bear. Proof that Supergiant is able to do wonderful things outside their comfort zone, and that the stories they tell will be remembered for a long time.

Adds a bunch of new content but could definitely use a performance patch

While I may be a bit late to the party on this one, that doesn't change the fact that if you can extract 60 hours of playtime from a 2 hour game, you must be doing something right.

Good job Valve, this really was spot on.

10/10 would get amazed by stone mine again

With the stutter, fps issues, and audio problems, this makes me sad that a game I looked forward to for so long has spawned as a bug-filled mess. And that makes me sad

EDIT: It seems the problems have mostly fixed themselves, so I can reccomend this game now. Hooray! :D
