I have played this game since launch, and had maxed out all 5 hero's within the first couple months. I have played through every DLC at the time that they launched. I wont lie; this game has its flaws like a terrible lack of in game events and a weapon crafting system that will drive new players away. The occasional jerk you will run into when playing multiplayer. There where some rough patches and shaky launches along the way, with subsequent review bombing to follow. However this game is a gem, The combat is so deep and the environments still amaze me with their detail and atmosphere. There are Four very pleasant hero's and an elf and the conversations that take place are so fun. 700 hours in and I am still hearing new voice lines, though fewer and fewer. It is not often that i get invested in a game's characters like I am for the ones in this game. There are moments in this game that will actually get your heart pumping so fast as you cut down seemingly never ending hordes and yell PRAISE SIGMAR! in your chair at home. Also if you're the type of person who likes a challenge there is a built in modded realm where you can get difficulties that far surpass what is offered in the official realm; And there is a growing group of players creating an Esport environment with fatshark actually acknowledging it and putting prizes up for those who participate.

Game of the year. A must play. It will really test your patience but man that feeling of satisfaction when you finally make it up that section you've been stuck on its well worth it. if your goal is to beat this game you will never achieve it. Take every inch as a victory and eventually you will reach the top. Remember to take your time and and try not to let it get to you.
