This game exists solely to tell you your heart can still be broken no matter how many times it has been before.

Not only has this game stood the test of time, it triumphed over it. Valve never works on this title anymore, and even without community content and mods, this game is still one of my favorite to play with friends time and time again.
L4D2 I love you, never leave!

First off: one of the most beautiful games I have played. I don't have a high-end computer and i was amazed how colorful and detailed the game was. I wanted to screenshot every single frame. Everyone says this, and rightfully so. The optimization is amazing for the detail that is in the game's art.
The level design is very good. With each new power I really felt like I could do a lot more. Every new ability I got was always useful and never gimmiky, which is something that is hard to come by. The leveling system was great, but I think a bit more should have been done to explain what some of the skills do and how to activate them(if they are activatable, most are passive buffs).
The story was very basic, nothing too crazy but always interesting enough to make me keep moving forward.
Now, I am not the biggest fan of platformers, but I actually enjoyed platforming in this game. It was fast paced, but not too crazy. There are certainly moments where things heat up, but in those moments I felt like I could always accomplish the goal. The skill curve is very well paced with the platforming. Combat is a thing, but is more to keep the platforming more interesting then it was to be in combat with enemies. In some cases having enemies around really helped me.

I died 328 times in 10 hours. That means I died just about every 2 minutes. I give this game a solid 9/10. Iz gud.

Well, this game was a lot more then I expected. At first I didn't think it was worth the 15$, but I was wrong. The art style is amazing, the story is basic but well done with a few interesting bits(especially if you try and 100% the game like I did). The only complaints I really had for this game was the lack of music tracks and some of the platforming/level design was a bit frustrating as there was very little directions given in some areas of the game.
I am not too much of a fan of puzzle platformers, but I enjoyed this game very much, so much so that I decided to 100% the story and see the true ending. If you play through the game, do yourself a favor and do the true ending because it is certainly worth it.

Play the game how it should be played? Pfft, we do. Tf2 is not a game about killing. It is a game about screwing around with idiots like me finding new ways to make people laugh. If you take this game seriously and want to win each match, you're doing it wrong.
