Early Access Review
OVERALL - ★★★★☆ - AR in VR, Innovative but feels lacking, but it is being worked on
Just saw realized after playing this is in early access and rightfully so, has a lot of innovation but some of it seems a bit basic.

For people that are reading the reviews before trying:
1) DOO IITTT
2) it actual is a lot of fun.

In the software at the moment there is the intro video and there is also a link to a live feed of a small RC car (it's something like the raspberry pi but isn't, some sort of microcomputer on wheels with a camera) which you can control (via, the control wheel and stick you can open looking down at the keyboard and pressing the wheel icon, this is collaboratively controlled if there is more than one person controlling the car but I was the only person at the time, so I basically had free reign of the RC.)

Like I said before I'm in the UK, so I got around 500ms ping when controlling! 100 ≈ 1 second, so 5 entire seconds before the RC would actually start moving, sometimes felt like I was controlling one of those roamer robots based on the lag alone. Don't know what their setup is but if they have something like a 2.4 GHz router that connects the RC then that’s one of the issues definitely, apart from the distance that can't be helped.

Also, the camera when looking back looks more like it's streaming in 480p. Stills look a lot like JPEGs at times. The 360 steam they do might be different that is just the RC.

Thurthermore, it has a microphone on it so you'll be able to hear what’s going on in the studio, they can also hear you if you have a microphone connected. Had a nice talk with Ela

I would definitely say to try this if you want to try a mix of livestreaming AR and VR!

Also 10/10 best doggo 🐶

Google Earth VR fix for WindowsMR & Vive (and rift lmao)
Google ♥♥♥♥ up on the new update that broke many people from even seeing anything in VR (well for my case anyway)

Oculus store version
There IS a version for Oculus Rift (LINK)[www.oculus.com] (idk if it was updated too) BUT IT WORKS!

Now if this isn't obvious enough, you NEED the Oculus software (LINK)[www.oculus.com] too.

Revive
Since I'm a WindowsMR user I have to also use this: Revive (Installer link)[github.com]
Thit makes Oculus work on WMR and Vive too, hence the name ReVive. Basically it's a compatibility layer.

DISCLAMER: Revive only runs when the game in question is launched and stays sliently in the background. It dose NOT run during setup, in fact for this to work you need to SKIP setup.
(so don't think to anyone discovering this for the first time and to use this to
get the free (paid) games that Oculus gives users upon activation, you won't.)
