Outer Wilds is a once in a generation game that needs so desperately to be experienced. Through your adventures in the solar system, your will be to uncover mystery after mystery and discover breadcrumbs of evidence leading you towards a sprawling wider narrative. In the beginning, you will find it impossible and sometimes downright frustrating trying to connect every story beat you encounter. The game does not hold your hand and never once encourages you in one direction or another, but it gives you all the tools you need to make those decisions for yourself. By the middle of your quest, you will have mastered the mechanics available to you from the start and the story will become clearer as you discover answers to the various mysteries (doesn't hurt to take a look at the ship log every so often). The ending is satisfying, well thought out, and will leave anyone feeling emotional. By the end, will have come to appreciate the journey you set out on, understand the profound meaning of your quest, and discovered your place and purpose as the little Hearthian explorer.
