A little over 10 years between getting the first achievement and the last - more than 18 days playtime in between. Yes, I recommend this game. Strongly.

TLDR: It's really as good as people say, if you like rpgs and open world single player games; this is one of the finest released in years.

So this game needs BattleEye - which might be great, but it also allows for ANY file on your computer to be sent to the BE servers for permenant storage. That's probably not an issue right? Ever? I mean, there's no chance that this could ever be abused. There's also VAC, which seems redundent. It would be nice if the store page listed BattleEye as a requirement, it would have saved me the download time.

As to the game? IDK I'm not playing if the price is permenant access to every file on my PC. I can tell you this - developers with the kind of attitude displayed here do not usually make good games. Thank god I only tried this during the free weekend - I'd be really upset if I'd paid out for it.

A grown up platform? Dark, difficult, frustrating and delicious. The wonderful visual suits the beguiling nature of the game - how can something so simple be difficult? Play it and see!

CS:GO Review
If you like to win, and you're happy to earn that win, then CSGO is probably the greatest game ever concieved. There's no free ride and you'll probably get beaten badly for a few hundred hours, but I can honestly say that there is no greater feeling in gaming than winning a tough match in CSGO. Not even close.

Pretty damned close to perfection. I'd place New Vegas just a squeak ahead because Fallout, but Skyrim actually does some mechanics better. The only complaint I'd have is how easy it is to fall into the sneak and archery route.

Gorgeous, inviting, involving, and endless. A joy every gamer should experience.

Fast, brutal and fun. Just so long as you've got some good folks to play with. Single player is basically "Baggage Boy Simulator", but with guns, and pubic multiplayer is (for me, at least) a long, long run of games with people who don't know what they're doing, won't cooperate, and then quit just before you get paid. Worth buying if your friends own it, not otherwise.

Metro, Metro, Metro.. Is it good? Yeah - it's pretty absorbing and the atmosphere is amazing; plenty of moments to enjoy. The combat can be brutally difficult, and you're semi-forced into stealth in some places, but nothing too restrictive. My biggest gripe is simple - this game is one, long, straight hallway. You never get to explore the world, you're just kept on track. Such a missed opportunity..

The first game that made me lose all track of time was Civilisation, and there've only been an handful since that. I've worked pretty hard to avoid it, so now it's all but unheard of. I sat down to see what Game Dev Tycoon was all about and didn't look up for over an hour, and it's difficult to explain how wonderfully refreshing that is.

Simple, charming and yet amazingly complex - and the feeling the first time you get a hit game is just; well, I actually cheered..

This is Grid - but better. A touch on the arcade side rather than simulation by default, the damage, control and assist settings let you balance this just the way you want, rather than forcing a style you don't like. It's a bit drifty to begin, but then I love that! An excellent game.
