Very fun but one of the shortest games I've played. Basically beat the entire game in 10 hours with the only thing to unlock is max level which wouldn't take more than another 10 hours.

Seems more like a content game for streamers and youtubers to do funny quick sessions.

Enjoyed it, got me to care about ants somehow. Besides the very obvious balance issues and the annoying spinning around objects while walking, it was a pretty fun game. I found out recently it is based on a book so I might give it a read

It is a little short but frankly I am fine with it because it's a game I can finish and even 100% completed.

One of the best MMO's, one of the best Free to play games, and 100% not pay to win somehow. I highly suggest playing it

a barebones lackluster game missing most of its content, banked on modders to make the game for them, horrible development on quality of life, only elderly characters, and somehow they are making it worse. I dont know if this is to prove they didnt do their worst by showing us this new update but if this is their best shot I'm afraid bathesda is going to go the way of ubisoft and burn to the ground

While I did enjoy the game, it did not have enough content as of right now to justify the price tag.

My only real complaint is the lack of unique gameplay from each faction. They play the same unit, spell, building, and exploring wise

It seems it's all quiet on the war front. Glad to see the game is back in action and here's hopes it stays that way

Not even getting into the issue of the multiplayer, the game itself has completely new bugs that make the game unplayable unlike its cheaper and older counterpart somehow someway. The movement on your character locks up in the original battlefront needing you to hold down your keys as if your character moves on momentum. I wanted to play for the achievements and some multiplayer with friends but it's just not worth the chore to get this to work.

Issues in Battlefront 1:
-Movement locks up
-Can't invert Flying
-Random sound spikes the deafen you
-Ai voices for some rebels?
-Can't create your own online server
-The worst offender: they changed the iconic loading screen sound to the first beep repeated

Issues for Battlefront 2 so far:
-AI is still horrible especially compared to BF1
-Jet Trooper Missiles are sometimes invisible
-Jedi sprint seems to be slowed on any slope up or down
-Award weapons are broken, the award sniper doesn't deal damage going through the enemy unless aimed at the center. the same for award pistol.
-You cannot earn weapon medals with the reward weapons
-Binding on Hero's doesn't allow right click and F to work together meaning you give up the ability to block or your hero ability unless you rebind both.

Just as a final kick in the teeth:
Even after playing all this time to get the achievements, the final achievement "Marshal Commander: Earn every other achievement." is broken. Even if you earn all the achievements, General rank, Legendary on all awards, you still cannot earn this so that means you physically cannot 100% the game. :)

Story is ok but the fact your character has a weird amnesia as an excuse to introduce it is just bad. The combat is just click till youre out of stamina and run away, the spells are extremely unbalanced with 1 spell doing 10% hp to enemies around the explosion to 6 darts 1 shotting the boss 4 levels higher than me all while everythings slow and janky. The building just looks bad with so much land and such small structures with weird limits on building/resources. the AI is just as slow as the combat with special attacks that you move slightly left or right within 20 seconds to avoid. The equipment is ok but also kind of meaningless as all that really matters is the level instead of the stats. spirit form is more of a death prevention mechanic than a gameplay mechanic. youre the evil lord but you still fight monsters who look more evil than you and the followers of light could be renamed to bandits and I would see no real change.

I do like the spells besides their unbalanced nature and the idea of the game that youre the bad guys like in the Dungeon games but it just kinda fails especially when everything feels like its made from free unity assets and a dream someone had but can't quite remember how it went.
