The playability and all are great but they dont protect users accounts at all.
I got hijacked and then the person who hijacked me got me banned in rust, then I get my account back and I see the ban. Everything in a 12h lapse. When I try to appeal to unban me, they say that they cant do anything and that its 100% my fault and go check the security advices. Like wtf, I had Steam Guard and everything you can possibly have and still got hijacked, and they dont even get me a refund or anything. It's like they just grabbed those 45 euros that I spend on it and threw it away, like that. I'm deeply disappointed with all of this, I really loved to play this game.
