Best part of this game. The free give away on 27th of April. Twas so much fun fooling the beggars when the announced time that is would become free was not met.

Early Access Review
Gonna recommend this game based on that it is good at what it does, but I can not get much fun out of it.
Basically you just run around a map with goats killing each other. That is it .. and I suck at that so I just keep dying and hardly ever land a kill ... that gets old very fast.
Playing vs bots I get my arse handed to me, let alone other players :)

Big thumbs up to the devs though! They made the game available for free since they're Italian/Spanish and they wanted to support the #stayathome thingy in regard to the corona virus.

Very fun game with a lot of humor in it. Gets a bit repetitive over time though.
More than worth the money and allows for a lot of lost time .. and is still being updated as we speak!

Must have scripts for X3TC. Pretty much things you would have expected in the base game already. I.o.w. 'must haves'. :)

Played and scripted the life out of X2 and X3R and eventually moved on, for a large part cause Egosoft did make their engine better but did not use these improvements untill scripters like myself started including these improvements. Only to find out Egosoft then outdid all that work with patches that did introduce what some had introduced on their own. In effect Egosoft slapped its biggest fans in the face several times in a row ....

X3TC is not what it could have been. But it is the game that X3R pretty much should have been from the day it was released. Did not let myself get tempted to purchase it this time before it was patched several times, so no disappointments there.
In the end X3TC is a pretty well rounded game that is generally pretty static like X2 and before but also introduces more 'relative' features (GOD-engine that builds and destroys stations, migrations that seem to increase in strength throughout the game). Still a game where you have to make the play yourself, the campaigns are relativly short and probably will not offer you much fun if that is all you're after. It really is 'Build, Think, Explore, Fight' and you will need to do all to some extent.
