If you haven't played the Mass Effect trilogy yet, this is your chance. I for one played this version twice (while having played through 1,2,3 on origin before). That has to say something about they game, right?

If you like Dungeons & Dragons 5e, then this is a game you might like. Play as a adventurers party of four, with some well-known classes, but with new archetypes to play with. Discover the story of this new world.

pros
+ Grid-based turn-based combat making it feel like D&D.
+ a good fun story.
+ Good replayability because of the different classes you can play and the different archetypes within those classes.
+ A wide array of (magical) items you can choose from for your party.
+ A lot (and I mean a lot) of options to make the game harder (or a bit easier) if you prefer it.
+ A dungeon maker (editor) where you can make your own dungeons.
+ amazingly quick save time so you don't get a lag spike every time the game auto-saves (or quicksaves).

cons
- The flying movement can sometimes feel a bit hard to do. (although flying is not necessary).
- As of writing the review there are 6 classes available. (Fighter, wizard, cleric, paladin, rogue and hunter). Meaning that monk, barbarian, bard, druid, warlock and sorcerer are not in the game. (Sorcerer is being added in a coming update). This is not a per se negative thing and more a "it would be nice if" thing.
- The max level is 10. Another "would be nice if" thing.

I've played it from beta to the second first expansion. Then I had a long break. I came back from it when it became free to play here on steam. The core gameplay stayed the same, meaning that I didn't have much trouble getting back in the game. It had new free content and some paid content as well.

After seeing both the beginning and the state it is in now i recommend the game because it is free to play and has enough variety to make you play it for several hours at least. The grinding it used to have is almost gone for new characters, and you only need to play often if you want to do the higher tier stuff in late game.
Since you have several options to play the game (Solo, with friends, with strangers, with or without a clan), there is more reason to have at least a try on it.

I've completed the story twice now. Once on normal and once on Tactician. Once with friends and once alone.
If you liked Divinity: Original sin (1), what are you waiting for?
In this game you play as 1-4 characters, which are either origin characters or custom. You can play with up to 4 players.
You can choose from 10 different skill school, or mix them.
You can solve a problem in the way you want.
Kill everything? Try it.
Sneak past everything? Why not?
Your options are yours.

Overall a good, well made game you can replay several times.

Even tho it is still in production, I love everything about this game. From the story to the customization. The artwork is amazing too.

This is the type of music I love. It fits perfectly in the game and the moments it is used.

A sandbox game running on valve's engine where you can do several things.
You can go into freemode, spawn some stuff in the world, and destroy it.
You can do some gamemode with several different goals.
Overal a good sandbox game with diverse content.
