Rimworld is a messed up, weird game that I love.

More addictive than meth.

Company of Heroes 1 was better.

- Commanders are confusing for new players.
- Why can't I play skirmish offline?
- UI is messy.

I hope Company of Heroes 3 can improve.

Best early access game I've ever played!

This is going to be a great game when there is a bit more content. The tech tree is quite small at the moment but still enjoyable to play (if you enjoy barely having enough food and fuel to survive the next few system jumps - I do). I ran out of fuel and had to disconnect all power from non-essential systems ie. the engines and navigation control panel in order to make 1 more jump. Looking forward to seeing how this game grows.

HELP; I still cant see down my scope, its dark.

I enjoy the game but most of the DLC should be in the base game. Paradox are absolutely milking this cash cow.

Revised Review: Paradox have made the base game free to play, this game now might be worth re-visiting. I am still opposed to paradox rinsing gamers for content that should exist in the base game, but at least now people don’t have to pay for everything. If you are a new player you will need the base game plus a few of the essential expansion packs. I recommend people buy ‘The reaper’s due’ (adds disease), conclave (improves councils), way of life (adds focus and some depth), the old gods (viking stuff), legacy of role (Byzantine Empire), holy fury (which is apparently the best DLC but I currently don’t own it). These DLCs work best for me as I mostly play in Western Europe.

A steep learning curve but I enjoy a challenge.

I'm really glad they have put development effort into improving the game. Really enjoyed dominating the Wingman mode with my mate, no longer relying on randoms to fill a 5-man team.

I would like to be able to setup a 2 vs 2 game with 4 people in a lobby. (obviously unranked.)

My cities will never be as beautiful as those I see online, but I love this game. People giving this game negative reviews forget the options we had before it. The most recent SimCity had just been released, it was a flop. This game came out of nowhere and over-delivered on everything EA had promised SimCity would be. Hats off to Colossal Order.
