The good:
- Art style
- General game idea
- Multiple shop fronts
- Multiple product chains (although they are pretty basic)

The bad:
- Police raids are easy to defend with a few traps and they never get harder. Police should be able to break down walls when you get established.
- Need a copy/paste for new employees, this is easily the most tedious part of the game. Giving all new workers the same items and schedules is a huge pain.
- The map is difficult to navigate as it doesn't show you which area the camera is currently located.
- Needs more depth. I suggest something like rival factions because once I had a few shops setup and a supply chain, the game was over.

Overall, I like the style and idea, but its a short shallow game.

A fan since DW2, I stopped playing at DW6. This was a surprise and is special.

It took me 50+ attempts to defeat Lu Bu, but I did it.

Amazing jank. Mods are almost mandatory. Save every 2 minutes.

A unique survival game.

This game showcases potential, it is unlikely that it will ever be fully realized.

• A really nice art style and atmosphere
  
• AI cartels lack engagement, they don't play the game
  
• Absence of multiplayer mode limits the game's appeal and replayability
  
• Late game becomes burdensome with excessive micro-management

Railway Empire is 10x better than Railway Empire 2. It's not a perfect game, but its good.

7/10. Could have been improved with a multiplayer VS mode.
