Early Access Review
As a 1-year Hearthstone player and previously Magic: The Gathering player - this game has the best of both worlds - HS's convenience and price (either being F2P or paying way less for top decks than you would in M:tG) and M:tG's complex ruleset and depth of deckbuilding.

In contrary to the other "flavor of the month" CCG games that pop up left and right to kill Hearthstone, I think Eternal has a really strong chance to take it's fair share of the market. It's has everything - good art style *COUGH Shadowverse COUGH COUGH*, good learning curve, Android version, F2P friendliness, AI mode, devs with good budget that seem to know what they're doing.

Except generic criticism you could apply to any card game like "waaah game is too RNG reliant" or "waaah this deck is too OP/unfun to play against why it exists volvo nerf it to the ground" I don't think there is any I would give after my first 10 hours impression.

I think Eternal has a bright future, and you should definitely try it if CCG games are your thing.

The game's no hidden gem and has some flaws (for example plot seems a bit of abstract for someone that didn't touch any other game from that developer), but it's a memorable experience for low price.

As long you like point'n'click puzzle games and can handle the grim/morbid atmosphere - I'd recommend you to go for it.
