Yeah problem is I barely play games. When I play games it's usually because friends ask me on my phone if I have time and then it's always CS. I have more than 100 good games in my lib which I did not touch yet. Bought them when they were cheap and thought I could play them at some point.

Yeah, second 3 day ban within 2 weeks. Haven't gotten a ban for years. I answered a flamebait troll once each time and he massreported me. Apparently stalking, flamebaiting etc. on multiple accs while some accs are banned (=ban evasion) is not a ban reason but saying "stop flamebaiting people" is "naming and shaming".

Honestly that was the last nail in the coffin. The mods and a hand full of no-life trolls destroyed the forum entirely. Will not look into it again.

Banned? I guess one has to be very careful what one says on the forums, because trolls and cheaters mass-report.

The Marathon Trilogy is pretty healthy and a non-toxic community. Marathon and Marathon 2 are free…and on Steam so far. The third game in the trilogy is going to be on Steam soon judging by a post I saw on my friend activity.

Thing is I don't want to play other games. I play CS and WoW, not really anything else and I would like to see the games in a healthy state rather than trying out other games. :/

I highly recommend Classic Marathon and Classic Marathon 2

I played a bit more of CS recently, had really nice games. But as always when you play more often you get matched against rage-cheater. It's like enemies report you which sends you to low trust factor which results in at least 2-3 people rage cheating in your next games on fresh created accs:

Third game we had a rage cheater in our team, we kicked him and then lost because a 4vs5 is not possible. We left after some more rounds and now have a 30 minute ban and this probably lowers our TF even more.

We wasted one hour of our free time on a sunday.

I made a ticket after that game and the admin told me that I was right. <3 the faceit admins. Had issues 3 times, 2x because of toxic people in voice - who got a time ban for toxic behaviour one day after I made the ticket and one time the case we're talking about here.

But hey, at least the faceit admins do ban people. Someone in my team was toxic and he got banned for that. :3

As you know personal performance doesn't matter. Also not all matched are uploaded and he got carried hard by a LEM and MGE multiple tines. My guess is he has some higher ranked friends and plays with them often, the enemies also have a higher rank and thus he earns more glicko points than usual.

Yeah as long you're a normal forum user you'll get banned sooner or later. Only people who barely or never receive bans are those who are either too stupid and only write weird stuff or trolls. I don't care anymoer. That place is lost.
