I played the original a bunch of times back in the day and I can say that this is an amazing remake. It stays true to the original while mixing it up enough that veterans of the game will still be surprised from the new layout of the USG Ishimura.

If you like action-rpgs or have played the other game, Nier: automata you will most likely enjoy this game and an Incredible soundtrack of course 8.5/10
